July 20, 2015 #3 AuthorI lost my hair, from chemo….I have tried many things to thicken it up, after treatment, as it grew back very differently from my original hair.
All these tips are very good, I especially agree with looking at your stress levels.Being in a high level of stress, most of my life, left me open for cancer, in my opinion. So, very important, don’t be around people who you find are bullying or deplete you, in any way.Only be around those you find uplifting.
Also, out of all the remedies I have tried for restoring my hair, I have found, Caster Oil, mixed with a few drops of Rosemary Essential Oil, gently massaged into the scalp, covered and left overnight, then washed out with a Hemp shampoo and conditioner, is my A1 tip for helping hair regrow.I have also found drinking Aloe Vera Juice helped too, as Minerals in my body were very depleted after treatment, and the juice has helped me feel much better, energy wise.
I really hope this helps someone and this article is the best hair growth article I have read and I have read many, because being bald was a very sad thing and it affects self esteem.
I also believe that we are all different and what works for some may not work for others, because some eat healthy, some don’t, some miss out on minerals and vitamins, some smoke, drink, just look after yourselves and realign your lives for more relaxation, thanks for reading.
